There are many reasons people with osteoarthritis should see a chiropractor but my top three would have to be:
- To restore good range of motion within the joint. This is going to allow for better movement and to remind us how our joints are designed to move.
- To reduce the pain in the affected joint. Obviously, the less pain we have in our lives, the better quality of life we have.
- To decrease the degeneration process. That is due to better joint alignment and healthier weight-bearing within the joint.
And I would have to add a fourth one… because chiropractic care is awesome!
