Our doctors, nurse practitioner, and clinical staff are united by one goal: finding the root cause of your pain and building a plan that actually fixes it, objectively and for the long term.
Advanced Health's doctors bring diverse backgrounds and varying degrees of specialization — all focused on finding the root cause of your issue, providing care that produces lasting results.

Clinical Director & Owner
Originally from Manchester, England, Dr. Luke played professional rugby for nine years before discovering chiropractic — and the experience of watching structural work transform athletic performance shaped everything about how he practices today.
He trained at Palmer Chiropractic College, the fountain head of chiropractic. Upon graduation he ran a sports performance clinic in Los Angeles, working with Olympic athletes and professional sports players before founding Advanced Health in Chicago's South Loop. He is deeply versed in Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) — the most research-based chiropractic technique available — which shapes how he analyzes the spine and builds correction plans.

Administrative Director & Owner
Dr. Cassie studied Biology at the University of Iowa before earning her Doctorate at Palmer Chiropractic College. She previously ran a pediatric chiropractic clinic in Newport Beach, California — developing a specialty in prenatal and postnatal care that continues to shape her patient-centered approach at Advanced Health.
As Administrative Director, she ensures that the care experience — from the first phone call through the final visit — reflects the same thoroughness and genuine attention to detail that defines every treatment plan. Patients consistently describe feeling heard, respected, and clearly informed.

Associate Doctor
Dr. Matthew grew up in Homer Glen, Illinois and studied Biology at Augustana College — where he also captained the rugby team — before earning his Doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic. His athletic background gives him a firsthand understanding of what musculoskeletal pain costs people, and his care approach reflects it: thorough, honest, and focused on getting patients back to doing what they love.
At Advanced Health, Dr. Matthew works closely with Dr. Luke and the clinical team to deliver root-cause chiropractic care — combining hands-on adjustments with structural analysis to ensure every patient receives a plan built around their specific findings, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Associate Doctor
Dr. Lou is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (Class of 2021) whose career was born from a lifelong passion for athletics and the transformative power of chiropractic care. As a current rugby player, husband, and father, he brings a deeply personal perspective to structural health.
His clinical approach is informed by a sophisticated understanding of the nervous system and soft tissue mechanics, but his most profound insights have come from home. After seeing how chiropractic care significantly improved his son's quality of life on the autism spectrum and supported his wife through two healthy pregnancies, Dr. Lou dedicated himself to helping families, pro athletes, and chronic pain sufferers move and function at their peak.

Nurse Practitioner
With 28+ years in nursing and over a decade as an NP, Timbolin holds an MSN in Acute Care and Emergency Medicine from Loyola University Chicago. Her clinical depth strengthens the team's ability to evaluate and manage complex patient cases.

Front of House
LaTessa keeps the front of house running with warmth and precision. With 15 years managing a Chicago childcare facility, she knows how to make people feel at ease from the moment they walk in — and how to run a busy schedule without missing a beat.

Rehabilitation Technician
Rakan brings a unique and diverse perspective to the clinic, rooted in his Middle Eastern and African American heritage. A proud Chicago native from the South Side, he is deeply committed to his community and carries a strong sense of identity into his work with patients.

Rehabilitation Technician
A former collegiate athlete with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Jamara joins Advanced Health with a specialized focus on service and clinical excellence. Originally from Jamaica, she is driven by a passion for helping others and a long-term goal of pursuing a career in nursing.

Rehabilitation Technician
Leslie is from Cicero, Illinois, and brings a natural warmth to every patient interaction. Her attention to detail and dedication to patient support make her a beloved presence in the clinic — patients regularly comment on how comfortable and cared for she makes them feel during rehab sessions.

Rehabilitation Technician
Elijah holds a Kinesiology degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is passionate about becoming a chiropractor. From Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood, he brings both academic knowledge and genuine care to every patient interaction.
These aren't marketing statements — they're the principles that shape every patient interaction and every care plan we design.
Pain is a signal, not a diagnosis. We don't start treatment until we understand exactly why you're in pain — structurally and neurologically. That's the only way to build a plan that lasts.
Progress shouldn't be guesswork. Using Chiropractic BioPhysics and objective assessments, we track structural change with before-and-after data. You'll see your improvement, not just feel it.
We design care plans with defined milestones and a clear endpoint. Our goal isn't to keep you coming in forever — it's to correct the problem and build the foundation so you don't have to.
A note on long-term care: After completing a correction plan, some patients choose periodic maintenance visits — but that decision is always theirs, made freely, with full context. We'll never recommend care you don't need.
Our South Loop clinic is designed to put our patients first. Here's what to expect when you walk through the door.
